Donations

It is the generosity of our donors that allows us to provide for the needs of these animals.  Some people give a little, some a lot, some weekly, some once in a while.  No matter how much or how often, we are incredibly grateful for every donation.  

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by US law.  Any donation over $250 will automatically receive a letter for tax purposes.  If you need one for less, please just let us know.

Donations of goods

Chesed Foundation accepts donations of new or gently used pet supplies, food and medications. We can arrange to pick up locally or arrange a meeting for you to drop off. Tax donation letters can be issued if requested. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Dog and cat food and treats

We can take bags or cans.  Opened food must not be expired.  Unopened food cannot be more than 6 months expired.  We can also accept frozen dog food.

The Chesed Rescue family mourns the passing of Judge Thomas K. Petersen, the chairman of our board. Donations made to this fund will go to assist cats in our rescue.
